Public art is a transformative force, transcending boundaries and fostering communal dialogue. Rooted in cultural reclamation I see public art as an accessible catalyst for unity within urban spaces. In our collaborative mural work, James and I embark on a journey of reclamation and reconciliation, transforming public spaces into testimonials of shared narratives. Murals, for us, represent one of the purest forms of public art — immersive, accessible, and deeply engaged with the communities they adorn.
